what with the most recent hoo-ha and stars galore in line with the 117th international olympics session held right here on our very own sunshiney island, i must say singapore has certainly tried her best to spruce up her image in front of the whole world.

i, too, played a part (however small) in promoting singapore as the not-to-be-missed-hot-tourism-spot, by introducing local yummilicious seafood and coconuts to the equally yummy (if not yummier) spanish delegates, who wooed claka halimama and i with a very old-fashioned and petrachan "crooning spanish love songs by the roadside" tactic. (yes, they were that innovative. lol.)

little did i guess that by doing a simple kind deed/ being patriotic would actually earn me a "boyfriend" from Madrid. in fact, i am still rather at a loss and very overwhelmed by his generous, passionate love. haha!
