right now i am the jaded jaga-woman, doing sentry duty/ killing mosquitoes (thought i was waaay past that since army daze!) at the nus arts forum, surrounded by fiat cars brought in for the motorshow tomorrow. am expected to hang in there till 8 the next morning, and yeah, shoot any suspicious character on sight.

and i've just returned from a test drive in the new red stillo around the campus, with a very nervous shih seated next to me clutching the hand brake and kev in the back seat clutching his camera.

i fuckin' stalled near 10 times on the main road.

i bet that worried the guys sick, though they were so very patient with me. in the end, shih and i switched places, which was kinda upsetting and embarrassing. yes, i may have just proven the myth that all women can't drive :/

on a happier note, happy turning 20 dearest lao wang! glad you loved the hilarious card heh.

we caught the movie Memoirs of a Geisha, which i thought placed too much emphasis on the love story and was not very faithful to the book, hence being a tad too disappointing. the cinematography was not all too bad though, and gong li's potrayal of the bitter loser was so convincing i really have to applaud her for the great acting. michelle yeoh was absolutely stunning, and zhang ziyi was well, safe.

thanks guys for your very concerned responses to my previous post, am so tempted to just let y'all mutilate the bastard a hundred times over, but it's ok :) i can deal with him for now. but if he ever does bother me again, do feel free to come over with your parangs heh.

meanwhile, tloml has been keeping me happy. very, very happy.
